The
certificate proves that ZAG meets all the requirements of the ISO 9001 : 2000
standard, including a proper documentation, implementation and maintenance of
the system. It also evidences that the efficiency of the quality management
system is continually improved.
The
certificate is aligned with the general strategy of the National Building
and Civil Engineering Institute, aiming at prevention of irregularities and
deficiencies as well as maintenance of high quality.
The
ISO 9001 : 2000 standard continues a series of certificates. ZAG is holder of:

accreditation for a calibration laboratory since 2000

accreditation for a product certification body since 2003
- accreditation for an inspection body since 2004
ZAG has thereby justified the status of an institution
