Brüel & Kjær type 2260F and 2270 modular precision sound analyzers are devices that measure, analyze and evaluate various sound and vibration parameters in the audible frequency range. In principle, they consist of a measuring microphone, a microphone pre-amplifier and a device for analyzing input signals with the help of various software modules. The useful measuring range of the instruments in three frequency bands is ≤ 20 to 140 dB, and the frequency range is 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
