3D system for measuring and analyzing geometric deviations of round profiles RIB3D PSARON HTI, Turkey, 2020
DESCRIPTION:
The 3D system for measuring and analyzing geometric deviations of round profiles allows us to measure the basic properties of various rod-shaped elements (reinforcing steel, screws), their geometric deviations, mechanical deformations and corrosion damage. The equipment is suitable for 3D visual analysis of corrosion damage properties and calculation of local and general corrosion rates on rebars. The system allows us to capture a 3D image of a rebar with a diameter of up to 50 mm with automatic measurement of its basic properties (nominal diameter, orientation, arrangement and height of ribs).
The equipment is co-financed in the share of 30% by ARRS (ARIS) within the framework of the Public Tender for the co-financing of purchases of research equipment (Package 18).
Access to the equipment is possible by prior agreement. The price of the investigation depends on its complexity.
