Thermogravimetry with differential thermal analysis TG/DTA STA 409 Luxx
DESCRIPTION:
The instrument (STA 409PC Luxx, Netzsch) allows simultaneous thermogravimetric and calorimetric analysis of samples. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) is used to evaluate processes where the mass of the samples changes during heating, for example: water content, crystal water content, decomposition, etc. Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) provides thermal changes in materials, such as temperatures and enthalpies of glass transitions, polymorphic transitions, crystallinity, melting points, etc.
