DESCRIPTION:
GalvaPulse is a fast, non-destructive polarization method for assessing the current corrosion rate respectively corrosion rates of reinforcing steel in concrete. The assessment of the degree of corrosion of steel reinforcement can be performed in 10 seconds. The connection with a personal computer allows us to process the measured results.
We can easily obtain data on the value of corrosion potentials, the electrochemical resistance of the concrete cover layer and the corrosion rate of the embedded steel reinforcement.
