Optical emission spectrometer for the analysis of metals SPECTRO MAXx Spectro Ametek, German, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
The chemical analysis of metals is performed on the SpectroMAXx optical emission spectrometer, manufactured by Spectro. We carry out chemical analysis of low-alloyed, medium-alloyed and high-alloyed carbon steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum and its alloys, and copper and its alloys.
The analysis of metals and alloys on this equipment is based on the use of the latest optical components, together with innovative electronic technologies and CCD detectors. Specially developed optics with numerous detectors cover the entire range of wavelengths and enable the detection of all elements in metallic materials - including carbon, phosphorus, sulfur and nitrogen. Based on the obtained results, we can reliably determine the quality of an alloy.
