DESCRIPTION:
The Raman spectrometer with a multi-channel, air-cooled CCD detector is a precise analysis instrument that enables point and planar characterization of various materials. The Raman spectrometer is coupled to an Olympus BXFM optical microscope, which enables magnifications up to 1000×. A 50× ’’long-distance’’ lens is also available. Analyzes can be performed with the following lasers: 418 nm, 514 nm, 633 nm, 785 nm.
The Raman spectrometer is co-owned equipment (28,3 % ZAG, 79,7 % ZVKDS).
